We soak our Irish Moss on Monday’s for 15-24 hours. The soaked Irish Moss is then blended with no heat and is shipped out no later than Wednesday! 

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablespoon one to two times per day with at least 8 oz of water, add to your smoothies, food, use as a face mask, make yourself some gummies, anything!

Please note this gel is a carrageenan, so whatever you add it to, it will thicken the texture.
