My role as your Doula, is to accompany you during labor and to help ensure a safe and fulfilling birth experience. Please understand I am a non-clinical provider; I will draw upon my knowledge and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort, and a bridge of effective communication with your healthcare provider. I am to ensure that you have the information needed to make informed decisions in labor.

I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning, and other techniques for comfort. I will support you, hold you, and answer all questions. My goal is to ensure you have the labor experience you ever hoped for.

$25 per hour
